In 1984 the business acquired farm buildings and a former Dairy at Manor Farm in the village of Grimstone. Grimstone is located three miles north of Dorchester on the A37 Yeovil road.

Having expanded the masonry business, the former premises at Maumbury Road in Dorchester became inadequate for their requirements. Therefore the masonry works moved to Grimstone.

The buildings at Grimstone were converted to offices, showroom and new workshops.

A gradual investment into computer aided design and equipment, coupled with traditional skills and hand carving, has enabled the business to maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship in the area.

Visitors are welcome to the masonry works where they can discuss their precise requirements with an experienced member of staff. The business prides itself in having the skills, technology and experience to provide individual designs, whether it is for a memorial, fireplace surround or general masonry.

Despite the move to Grimstone, a memorial showroom remains in Dorchester which is now located at 16 Princes Street, adjacent to Grassby Funeral Service.
